I LOVE Fogo!
It's definitely a place for families. The hustle bustle of the server creates a home-y comfortable feel. Compare that to restaurants where it's so avant garde that you feel awkward eating- so awkward that any moment glasses should crack!
My favorite meats are the house special and the lower sirloin. Even though I think these cuts aren't the""best"" in terms of tenderness- the seasoning is what does it for me. The house special seems to burst with flavor!
Their service is amazing as well. Everyone is extremely friendly and sweet.
The only cons about going to Fogo is that you shouldn't go passed 8:30, I think the meat selection started to die down. I've been to Fogo multiple times and when I went at 8:00-8:30 there was no meats in sight. It was quite depressing. Prime time to get the best meats is 6:00-7:00!
