Had water backing up into the basement. We tried to resolve it ourselves at first, but no luck. The next morning called Roto-Rooter and they were there within the hour. It was a pretty bad blockage and we didn't have a clean out, but Kenneth worked diligently and finally managed to get the giant root ball pulled out. They followed up with a camera to scope the line to make sure there was no damage to the pipes. They kept me informed every step of the way and were really great to work with. They took care to wear booties over their work boots when they walked through the house. Even under the circumstances, they were a joy to work with.
