I used Innovative Chimney twice so far. I was having a draft and water problem so they cleaned my chimneys and installed a top damper and chimney cap a year ago. I've had no problems since and had my annual cleaning done last week. The service was great and they even accommodated my hectic schedule. I will be calling Innovative Chimney when it's time for my furnace chimney cleaning before the winter.
