On a scale of 1 to 10 they get a o. I gave them my information for a business card and brochure. Time frame was very important as I am starting a new business. They DID NOT keep their word, were rude and acted as if I was the problem. More then 10 days later I am now going to a new company. Century Forms obviously doesn't care about the small business person. There has been more then 15 calls in 3 days and still no answer on when I will get business cards.
