I am all too familiar with the long waits on returned phone calls from New River Water Company. My issue today is my $14,538.45 water bill I recieved for my 1700 square home. We need to get a new water company out in this area that knows how to operate. No website, no email, little customer service, and no help at all is not the way to run a business. If their job of riding around on golf carts checking your water gauge in the front yard is too hard it is time to check your occupation.
