I lived in a CRMC house for a year. I loved the home that we lived in and it was in a great location!! CRMC office and maintenance staff as well as the managers were always very helpful and did what they were suppose to when it came to the upkeep, lawn/snow maintenance, and notifying us of basically everything. They worked with us if we needed help as well. I would recommend renting from this company over many others in the East Lansing/MSU campus area.
