I have been training at StaYoung for 8 months now. I love it and it has helped change my life! I have been to their old and now new location. Let me tell you about the location. It is conveniently located in Frisco. Yes, it is a warehouse. It has a lot of space and is extremely effective. The bathrooms are clean. No, it's not a health spa. Its a very effective gym. The trainers are awesome!!! I have lost 12 percent of my body fat. I'm in the best shape of my life and I'm not done yet. I owe much of that to my trainer, so yeah he is good (thanks Marc)!! They have helped me with my diet, but they are not overly pushy about it. All of the treadmills work. I think there's like 10 of them. And boy do they get used!! (because you are there to sweat :) ) All the equipment is in great shape. The weights are the real deal and I would know cause I lift a lot of them. And lastly, everyone who works out at StaYoung is so nice and supportive!! No matter what size you are, how old you are, or what condition you are in, you will hear people tell you everyday what a great job you are doing!!! I go everyday because I want to. Not many people can say that about their gym memberships!! Give this place a try. It is truly awesome and the real deal!! Sandee
