I have been a member of Stayoung for years and my results are amazing. I am stronger and leaner than ever! My trainer pushes me where I never would have dreamed of going...and come back for more almost daily! Some reviews I have read are silly. All the treadmills work, we listen to ALL kinds of music, and I have NEVER been hit on!!! (I don't think I'm a TOTAL troll being the reason) ! It is a very respectful enviroment. Workouts are never boring or the same! I love that. Now, if you want locker rooms and hot tubs....Join a fancy country club!!! This is a place for serious results! ""We don't exercise, We WORKOUT!""
