I went to this store to exchange a phone, I spoke to the agent and told him I needed to load the GPS on the phone. He looked through the phone and said he could not find it but he knew it was there. I waited about 10 minutes while he rudely looked. I saw there was a line so I said I would I would come back the next day. Well the next day he told me the phone was defective and I would have to exchange it at a company store,25! MILES AWAY. These guys are dishonest,you should avoid all non corperate Metero PCS Stores, If you have a problem, well too bad. AVOID THIS STORE , EVEN IF YOU HAVE TO BUY TWO TIN CANS
