Very unprofessional! We placed a $300 plus dollar order with them, and with that order we were guaranteed a complimentary fruit tray. When they faxed us over the contract we did sign it, but it did not have the FREE fruit tray listed on there. And why would it, it was FREE!! I have worked in the service industry for years now, and when something was free it was never listed on the invoice.
So in the morning, the delivery man asked my boss to sign the contract again before he unpacked any of the food. Then we noticed the FREE fruit tray that they promised to us was not there. We called the company and asked them to send it to us. Now mind you, they also charged us $40 for delivery.
They said that they did not have anyone available all day, except if they called in an emergency driver. AND they would charge us again on top of the $40 to deliver us our guaranteed FREE fruit tray.
The driver also said told my boss that Delivery and tip was not included. Then when we looked at the receipt, it showed the $40 charge. Looks like you can't trust anyone's word these days!
The only thing they said they could do is send us a credit, and with service like that.....why would we ever want to do business with them again.
VERY DISSATISFIED!!!!
