A prom dress completely ruined and the owner gave my sister a hard time about it as did the lady behind the counter. When a full refund of the dress plus all the alterations was requested, it was refused at first until my sister stood her ground. What a couple of rude individuals!! Just a tip: If you don't like the job you're doing, find another one you'll be happy with because this customer isn't happy with your ""service"" at all.
