The customer came in with 3 problems. I fixed 2 of them (still have the old parts) the other one was an additional problem that needs additional electrical work. They claim I did not replace a part but I still have the old parts in a box at the shop. So, I understand having additional problems making someone else responsible for your trouble and wanting someone else to pay there bills. The repair is and was completely under warranty and the customer was upset but still has not given me a chance to explain or even check the problem again? Thanks Rodney
