I came home on Friday night to find the water not heating up in the shower. When we checked the water heater it was leaking and the pilot light was off. I called Power Rooter Plumbing and they sent Brad out right away. He arrived sooner then I expected and got immediately to work. He tried to fix the leak, but couldn't and advised me I would need a new water heater. Since I told him we were planning on selling are house he gave me a few options on how to give me the best deal. He installed the water heater that night and explained everything about what happened to the old one and how the new one would work. I also wasn't charge an "extra" fee for it being a Friday night. I would highly recommend Power Rooter Plumbing and will be using them in the future!
