I had been going to this Purrfect Auto for a couple of years now because of the value of the service. I recently went through my first ""test"" of their long-term customer service. My battery was having problems so I took it in and they told me that I needed to replace my battery. I told them that I had purchased it from this Purrfect Auto less than 1 year ago! The manager (Pat?) looked it up in the computer and confirmed that I did indeed buy it from them. I was afraid that he was going to give me some kind of discount on a new battery or charge me for another installation. Instead, he swapped my battery with a new one and performed the installation free of charge! This wasn't even a top of the line battery either. I bought the cheapest cheapo mccheapskate battery they offered, but they still stood by their product and service. I haven't even received this level of service from the dealer!
