I had a poor experience with this vendor. I purchased pond filtration, pumps, tubing and connectors for a large pond project. I also hired one of their employees for design, install and training. They improvised an unsupported configuration, installed it wrong, and when it failed (almost emptying the pond and killing fish) they blamed me, their customer. I fought for them to warranty the unit, and they finally threw me an old part which I had to rebuild into the unit. Final insult was their selling me old tubing that broke when being rolled out. They'd get a zero if I could give them one. I'd fill a pond in before using them again.
