I dropped off my daughter's Easter dress to have it cleaned, it had a small spot on the front so when I picked it up I wanted to check to make sure the spot was gone. When I lifted the plastic I noticed that the fabric had been pulled in several places down both the back and front of the dress. I questioned the owner and he informed me that the fabric was cheap and they did a wonderful job. He also said he would credit my dry cleaning account what the dress was worth. I told him I wouldn't be back to use the credit, but he could credit my charge so I could go buy a new dress. He told me that wouldn't be happening because people try and rip him off all the time. He again said the dress was cheap(purchased at Nordstrom's)and it fell apart. Not his problem. He hen took the dress and threw it away. So now 5 days before Easter I have no dress and a credit I never plan on using.
