My name is jon, and this is my story. A heaven home health nurse came to the aid of my sick grandma. She was in a bad condition, her blood sugar was very high and her diabetes was out of controll. The nurse helped regulate my grandmas blood sugar and showed her how to acurately test every day before meals. The nurse also taught her what to eat and how to eat. She got our whole family invilved in granmas health and instructed all of us on how to take care of her diabetes continiously. The nurse was like an angel sent down from heaven (no wonder they are called heaven home health). Now grandmas blood sugar is controlled and she takes her medication regularly with the knowledge that she got from the nurse.
