I have owned 6 Mercedes Benz autos, and yesterday 4/20/2011, was the first time I used a non-Mercedes Dealership for service. After my experience at Precision Mercedes, I am sorry I waited so long to do so.(Please note Precision is now located at 2335 Soquel Dr. across from the flea market enterance). Frank the owner, really knows his MBZs, and to me the most important aspect is that they are trustworthy. Additionally they know what they are doing, they have the latest MBZ equipment and their prices are about 70% of what you would pay at a dealership. You will not be disappointed in the experience. Do not get frustrated by the difficulty in finding a parking space as they will soon be taking over two addition adjoining units which should make getting in and out easier. This is the first review I have ever written, but given my experience at Percision Mercedes, I had to write my first.
