First of all we have been tennants for 12 years. We appreciate the fact that this is our home. From all of the transiats we are sure it is difficult to maintain respect and decency, from some of the tennats . Some do not appreciate what the Management Staff and workers are trying to accomplishby maintaining alevel of higher living standards.Some of the tennants have no respect , and disregard the daily attempts to keep the property clean and and well maintained. Some tennants take pride and show appreciation in all of the efforts put forth by the rental Managers and Staff . There are some veteran tennats that do genuinely respect their apartment homes.. There are some tenants that do not throw trash away properly (in side the dumpsters), they throw trash out side the dumpsters, throw trash on the grounds, they do not beautify their indiviula yards (plant flowers or decorate), loud music from car stereos (disrespecting others), walking on the grass (destruction of property creating dirt paths), and inavsion of privacy (walking pass bedroom windows) and not using the side walk (which is what it is there for) , Some of the children and adults need instructions on the proper way to dispose of the trash In The Dumpster, and not just throwing it out side the dumpster, and to have respect for people's property.The staff does a commendable job on a daily basis! And should be highly commended! They do go the ""Extra Mile""!
