Lets start by saying they have the laziest, nastiest, most disgusting on site managers I have ever dealt with. We saw the apartment which still had furniture and cats inside it. My boyfriend is deathly allergic to cats. They assured us that the carpet would be replaced and he would have no problem with the previous cats. We agreed to rent the place because of a the very generous deal they offered. Shame on us. Within the first week a door ha fallen off its hinges and we had a leak under the sink. It took them three months to fix these problems, and the door is still not fully operational. The bathroom has a huge black mold problem. we have to bleach and scrub the walls and tube once a week to make sure my boyfriend isn't hospitalized because of all the mold smell. He has a rare lung disease and this is the first place we have lived that he's had a problem. They are rude, unhelpful and lazy landlords and i would not recommend them to anyone!
