I have been in the food industry buying and selling Meat for 20 Years, and I know a good product. The meat these guys are using is truly the best, unless you want to pay $15 dollars a sandwich, which I might since these are so good. Steve the Owner is selling Authentic Philly Cheese Steaks, nice portion of great Beef, and Imported bread. When you think about it this is unbelievable. I am not sure what Melinda is talking about in the last review since the Owner Steve is funny and nice as all hell. I go to Direct several times a week and part of it is that Steve and the guys treat me right. The food is great and I love supporting hard working business owners. They are open on the weekends, but I unfortunately I have to wait until Monday to get my fix!!
