I've been to the Scoreboard several years ago, ...their shish kabobs were phenomenal...So my boyfriend asked me where I wanted to go for my birthday....He wanted to take me out for steak and lobster....I decided to keep it simple and was craving shish kabobs......As soon as we sat down at the bar, I should have went with my gut and left...We waited for at least FIVE minutes to order a drink...Of course this would be understandable if the place was busy....however, there were only 2 other couples at the bar and maybe 2 tables occupied.....I sat there watching two young girls and perhaps the owner carry on a conversation....one of the young girls was even picking her nails (GROSS)...Against my better judgment, I ordered my kabobs (medium rare), and the tiger shrimp, plus 2 to go orders.....When the kabobs were served, I cut into them....RARE :(......Normally I would NOT let this go, but it was birthday...I just did not want confrontation....Not to mention how long we waited for a second drink, while staff stood there, talking, drinking soda, and glancing over at our empty glasses.....The Scoreboard, scored a big fat 0...and on my b-day :( :( :(
