Obviously, I'm a fan of Honest Install. First of all, I don't have a teenager in the house to help me sort through this kind of stuff, so I'm challenged with some of it. We had a fairly major purchase: some audio equipment, flat screen TVs, and so on, and so on. We had a bad experience with the installer we used, but we didn't realize it fully until a year later. Then we called the folks at Honest Install. I didn't really know much about them, as I had only found them online. They fixed everything! They sat down with me, went through it all piece by piece, and they even wrote up a cheat sheet for me. It all cost less money that the original installation too, so I'd say that's a pretty good value!
Later, I had a problem with the cable going out. I gave Honest Install a call and they came on by to check it out. Apparently all they had to do was reboot the cable box, which they did at no charge, and then they left. Again, I would say that that is excellent service!
