Um... Piton... or whatever... Stop judging others and just go off your experience... that's why it's called a ""review"". ANYWAY... They do have very poor business conduct and bad communication amoungst them selves. They have miscommunicated my account status info and called me at work TOO when I had already communicated to them what was going on... I called and politely discussed the possibilities of taking them to court for harrassment... I could loose my job over something not my fault and then they really wouldn't have any money coming in toward this account, would they? Bottom line= They need to be professional in contact and conduct... No matter what the customer status. No one wins if they fail.
