I have referred dozens and dozens of friends and colleagues to Dr. Nagar and his Pilates instructors and none have been disappointed. If you sit at a computer desk all day, or have a physically intense job, your body needs to be realigned and strengthened. Between Dr. Nagar's initial chiropractic adjustments and ongoing intensive Pilates sessions, I find that I am less injury prone in general and have a level of strength and energy of a much younger person.
