I've been referred to Dr. Nagar by a friend and was so pleased with the result. He is amazing and know a lot more than most Chiropractors and has his own way of healing (kinda like Dr. Oz !) The staff is so nice, Rachel is amazing and very efficient, Jenny is by far the best for massages, she talks with your body and knows exactly in which area she has to work on the most. Pilates are new to me and I'm very pleased with it. The instructor, Cindy, is cool, she explains everything to you and you go. I have referred this facility to other people who had been extremely pleased as well. If you wanna feel like ""home"" you should definitely try Sports & Spine Rehab center, they rock !!!!!!!
