Called them to schedule a dent repair and oil change. 5 people, 5 phone calls and 3 hours later, everything was set to go. When my wife picked the car up (after they had it for 5 days) the oil was still not changed. So I called their service department. After 3 calls, 19 minutes on hold I finally got a guy who apologized ""profusely"" but could only offer me another opportunity to allow me to return my car to them and waste another couple of hours to get my oil changed. I was told the general manager would call me and discuss my service issue. Never happened. Bottom line is: this dealership is too big for the staff to manage effectively. All staff members are authorized to apologize ""profusely"" but not much else. Bad experience for me. will not go back to them for anything.
