I hired them for the installation of a frameless, glass shower enclosure. The owner did the installation and also sold me on a product called ""shower guard"" that was supposed to keep the glass clean without much maintenance. After several months, the glass was foggy. I wanted to know what he would recommend I use to clean the glass so I called and left him a voicemail. He never called back, so I left him another and made it clear that all I wanted was some advice related to the upgraded product he had sold me. Still no call back. I left several more messages over the course of six months and he never got back to me. When I finally reached him, he was belligerent and offensive. I would never recommend hiring someone with that type of attitude.
