Just used DDC for the first time and was quite pleased. Easy to pick up and drop off. Plane was delayed, so I made a phone call to the owner, Sandy, who told me no problem and allowed me to pick up after hours. Seems like they allow all to do this, if needed, so no special favors for me but everyone gets this personalized service. Nice. My pets were as pleased as I was.
