Avoid her at all costs. She starts off being nice but if she doesn't understand the situation or believes it's something else, she will kill your deal. She is the type that has to have her way or it wont happen. Instead of helping you work together to get the deal done she sit on it until she gets it done her way. Asking for a HUD and having a number changed on the HUD is like breaking into Fort Knox. Don'risk losing money on deals that you have worked on for months to lose it on the 11th hour because the escrow officer has to have it her way or the highway.
