From start to finish, the installation that Advent did was very, very pleasant. The two gentleman that came out could not have been nicer. They explained everything to me, and the guys who came to do the job were very nice too, and they did it quickly. I had called about a problem with my furnace, and within 30 minutes the technician called me saying he would be here in a couple of hours. He did come, and he spent quite a bit of time here, trying to figure out what the problem was (it turned out to be something with the wiring).
Advent is the only company that has ever worked on my air conditioning and heat. Of course, the reason I've had them work on it all these 13 years, back when we first got the system, was their service. It was not a good system, but every time I called they treated me very nicely, and very courteously. They people they had come out and analyze the problems helped me immensely, so I'm very satisfied with them. I really feel that I have gotten this good of service because I had all those checks. It's expensive, but they have served us well.
