Three of us of three generations received Manicures & Pedicures on Friday afternoon 4/1/2011 from 3 different students at Arnold's Beauty School. I had been told to be sure to allow at least 2 hours, & I had pushed the time for 2 of us by a work and traffic problem. The attitudes were still wonderful and accomodating, with super service provided at unbelievable prices. I had received a Manicure/Pedicure at a ""World-Class"" Salon in a hotel in a great Southern city in the last year at more than 3 times the price that did not include nearly the attention to detail that all of us received at Arnold's Beauty School. Frankly, to be told that one will pay only $7 or $11 for a Manicure or a Pedicure, and that a student will provide the service, my expectations were not so high. I had grossly underestimated the training and level of performance that obviously is required to provide customer service at Arnold's Beauty School.
