I have taken my 2001 Xterra to cooper lake for several repairs as well as routine oil changes. They have always been able to work me into the schedule even when they are busy. I feel like they give honest assessments of the underlying issues without adding a list of additional repair needs and costs. I have had no problems with there service / repairs.
