I work in customer service and wish all of my employees were like Cory and his wife - but then again, if they were I would be out of a job! Whether over the phone, in person, or delivering my new mattresses, Cory was extremely professional and very friendly the entire time. He didn't bat an eye when my kid wanted to try out every mattress repeatedly in the showroom, play in the trailer when Cory came to deliver, and my dog wanted to "help" him set up the beds. I got two mattress sets for a great price (a new one for me and one for my son) and Cory even helped me talk my son into the less expensive mattress as opposed to the $600 one that he wanted. My only disappointment was not receiving bed frames, but that was a miscommunication and I don't think I was very clear when we were adding up the total - as my son was tired and hungry and ready to go! All in all this was a great experience! I love my new mattress and the only bad thing is that I slept so good last night that I slept through my alarm and was an hour late to work. I will highly recommend the Mattress Man to anyone in the market for a good night's sleep!
