The staffer who was working the desk at 11:45 am on Thursday, September 23rd, when I checked in was particularly helpful. (I think that his hame was Antoine,) I arrived even earlier than the early check in time booked (12:00). He had the room ready within a few minutes, and went out of his way to be helpful and supportive. (I had eye surgery early that morning and was still "patched up.") He did everything possible to expedite a postive experience. You are fortunate to have such an outstanding employee. I hope that he is recognized for his excellent representation of the Best Western name.
