Jots took over 2 weeks to fix one problem with my TV, and then was told neither feasible, or economical to fix the second problem after charging me over $390.00 dollars. Theses folks are either inept or lazy. Don?t bother with the slick talk and steer clear. Gave them a second chance and picture is even worse.
