Employees refused to install an orthopedic lift onto three pairs of shoes of mine. The reason was that they require a prescription for such work to be done. I traveled thirty minutes to get to this location only to be told to spend additional money and time for a service that no-one else has such a ridiculous requirement. Having needed this performed on my footwear for the past five years nearly I do not think I need to get a doctors permission to have it done by a non-medical entity. I ended up going to Geneva Shoe Repair and found their service to be much nicer with a superior product.
