This is a very poorly run organization, without the potential to improve. For example, as I was looking at purchasing unique, collectable Swiss watches I stumbled upon a Gevril. In looking at it they volunteered an insult about my $3k watch and hyped up the Gevril (odd sales strategy). I did not buy their overpriced watch and instead found it at another jeweler for 1/3 the price. For kicks, I brought it in to see what they would say (after theirs had sold, a year later). THey told me those watches were mediocre at best (untrue) and again volunteered that they could give me $200 for it. Ridiculous.
