I have needed garage doors for years so I arranged four companies to assess the job and submit quotes. Thomas, from I Know A Guy was the first one available. He came out with very short notice, on Sunday, which was his day off. He was very professional; the type of guy who looks you in the eye when he speaks and shakes your hand to assure you that he stands behind his products. His garage doors were competitively priced and he had better openers than his other three competitors. The other three quotes I received were all within a few hundred dollars of each other, but Thomas from I Know A Guy was the only one who took the time to go over the main issues of my install. My install was in very minimal space and I knew before I started that it would be an issue. Thomas didn't hide additional costs and I am very happy with my install. He left with a hand shake, his card, and his word that he would back up his product; all I needed to do was call.
