First, i called Ihloff to make an appointment with the women that did my hair the last time that I had gone in. They said that she no longer worked of Saturdays, the day of my appointment. When i went in she was right next to me working. I also got to my appointment on time and the the stylist was 25 minutes late. When i described to her, and showed her a picture of what i wanted, i said i wanted my hair in a loose bun and my bangs down if possible. My bangs were not left down and my hair did NOT resembling a bun at all. Also almost a whole bottle of hair spray was used on my hair, making it not only stiff but it felt like cotton. When i got home i had to shower and redo my hair because the hair looked so bad. There were also two of the girls from my school that had to take their hair out because they strongly disliked it. I am very unhappy with the fact that i was told the stylist was not working and that my hair looked nothing like i described.
