Yesterday, after confirming my appointment with you and taking time off work I was very upset when I arrived at the salon to find that I was scheduled with a different stylist who I was not familiar with. With a four hour window between your opening and my confirmed appointment, I feel that I should have been notified that my regular stylist had called in sick giving me the opportunity of having another stylist or rescheduling and saving my work time. I am a 10 year Rumor's client and would expect a phone call or e-mail in this situation as a part of your high standard of service. This however, was not the case and I remain upset over your lack of notification.
