I've been taking my vehicle to Louetta for years and have always experienced great customer service, but on my last visit, they exceeded all expectations. The Asst. Manager Mike went beyond the call of duty and found an error on my account, which was credited back to me. The error was several months old, but he caught it and for that, I can not thank him enough. He saved me over $100 in charges. It's people like Mike that keep the customers coming back. Mike and the rest of the crew at Louetta are top notch, and I will not have my vehicle serviced anywhere else.
