Pedicure itself was fine. However, not a relaxing experience. The pedicure mgr is bustling about in the room, and her voice is quite loud. This should be a calming, relaxing, enjoyable experience, which it definitely was not. And it's been this way the last 2 times I've gotten a pedicure, which is why I'm considering just going to EarthSavers or somewhere where it is quiet and relaxing. Many of the pedi tubs do not work, and have been that way for......as long as I can remember. Quality is definitely going downhill.
