Lisa was very good, she made me comfortable, answered my questions and followed up on a concern I had. Dr. Titensor does a great job. However, he made me feel as though he was in a bit of a rush to keep up with his schedule. I do not believe it affected his work at all but made me feel a little like this was a conveyor belt process, move them in and move them out.
