I trust Rick to work on my new (used) car...he was the mechanic on my Jetta and it went almost 300,000 miles....I trust that when they tell me I need to do something that it is an honest report. Thomas is very friendly and calls me by name...great customer relations.....both my a.m. and p.m. shuttle drivers are very polite and clean. Don't plan on switching anytime soon...:)
