We recently had a new furnace and attic insulation installed. I was a little concerned on the day of installation because I was at work and only my wife was home. No worries though, as my wife informed me that the crew was prompt and professional and explained everything they were doing in simple terms she could understand. When I got home I was blown away by how much work the furnace installers put into the install--like it was their own home they were working in.
The sales process was pleasant as well. The salesman was a class act with no spin moves. He was very honest and not pushy at all. He promised that there would be no additional charges on the day of installation and he kept his word, as there were none. I was even mailed a thank you letter a few days after the installation. As a consumer, it's refreshing to receive such quality service on all levels when I'm often easily dissapointed. I would highly recommend Four Seasons to others.
