I was explained everything and the tech was honest. They were not able to honestly tell me what was wrong with my car and they did not tell me that I needed to have work done that wasn't necessary. A lot of places would tell you to have work done when you don't need to right this minute. Even though they could not fix the problem, they told me that and suggested what I should do. I will definitely have my car worked on there in the future
