I am writing this as a warning to ANYONE, especially a female who might feel like she can't stand up for herself. My sister brought her car in today and they told her what was wrong. She told them to go ahead and fix it. When she brought the car back, she came in and told me that she thinks the adjustor for the steering column is gone. I go and check it out. It is set on the highest setting, all the way up to the dash and I can't find it either. I tell her to take it back and tell them she can't get the column down. They told her it was broken. She told them then they broke it because they are the ones who raised it all the way up to begin with. The OWNER said it was her word against the tech's word and the most they could do is CHARGE HER almost $400 for a steering column and not charge labor. WHAT?? DO NOT EVER BRING YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE, they are crooks of the worst kind, only helping to make women feel more uncomfortable in dealings with auto mechanics. I am telling everyone I know, this is HORRIBLE.
