Walking in 6 months ago, I was afraid to allow myself to think hypnosis might work. Now 45lbs down, feeling great, I'm beginning to believe I can actually become thin. The new healthy habits I've formed feel so natural and sustainable. I feel that I genuinely prefer healthier foods andI exercise and I get antsy if I can't get the same amount of activity in my day that I'm accustomed too. I never want to feel like I did 6 months ago.
