I was looking at the their webste felt it was a good fit. I did a pre-approval over the internet. I got a call from Bebs. Went in the next day and she had me go with Jared, who was very nice and polite. Then we went to Josh and it was over and done. I really enjoyed my experience with Klein and will go back there again.
